24 hour Return
You may return your purchase within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund, subject to inspection and submission of an unboxing video as proof.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after successful inspection.
6-Month Exchange
Products may be exchanged within 6 months of purchase, subject to product condition, inspection, and applicable deductions for wear, damage, or missing items.
All claims for missing or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video.
6. Warranty
We offer a 6-month limited warranty on our silver jewellery covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
