Return & Exchange Policy
At Celestina, we take pride in crafting elegant silver jewellery designed to last. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, in the rare case that you are not fully satisfied, our simple return and exchange policy ensures a smooth experience.
Returns (Within 7 Days)
If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging along with the invoice. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that we do not accept returns for personalized or engraved jewellery, items purchased during sales or promotions, or products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Exchanges (Within 6 Months)
We offer a 6-month exchange policy, applicable only in the case of discolouration (blackening or tarnish) or a manufacturing defect. This exchange policy does not apply to requests related to change of mind, size, or product preference.
If your jewellery meets the above conditions, simply return it with its original packaging and invoice. Once inspected and approved by our quality team, we will send a replacement of the same design. If the same product is unavailable, a store credit of equal value will be issued for future use.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item clears inspection. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
