Domestic Orders (Within India)
Your Celestina order will be delivered within a minimum of 4 business days and a maximum of 7 business days, depending on your delivery location, courier service availability, and order volume.
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it immediately to ensure prompt dispatch. You will receive real-time updates via email and SMS, including shipping confirmation, tracking details, and estimated delivery date.

₹50 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Free Delivery for Prepaid orders
Please note: COD availability may vary based on your location and courier partner’s service coverage. If COD is not available in your area, our customer service team will reach out to help you complete your order smoothly.
International Orders

Please Keep These Points in Mind Before Ordering:
1. You will receive a 5% discount on prepaid orders.
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹50 service fee will be applied.
3. If the product has any defect or issue, you must apply for a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
4. After 24 hours, you can apply only for a replacement, not a return.
5. If your replacement reason is invalid, the Celestina team reserves the right to reject the request.
6. Each order includes a Thank You card with a 5% coupon code, which can be used on your next purchase.
